Welcome to the Chester Knoll (HOA) Home Owners Association's webisite.
Chester Knoll is a Private community. We are comprised of a small group of Cape Cod style townhomes, situated in a friendly circle community near the center of Bennington, VT. We are conveniently hidden in amongst a grouping of large pine trees (as large as 150 feet tall) that help to give us a sense of privacy while still being close to everything in Bennington.
Visitors come to Vermont to "peep" at its beautiful colored trees. We get similar visitors here.
Our development is often a source of amusement as we often see people driving through our neighborhood in amazement, never believing that such a development existed this close to the center of town. We call them "Drive-bys." We often see a new car driving through looking at all the well spaced homes in our neighborhood.
This site is used as a source of information for both our Homeowners as well as Visitors Our HOME OWNERS who access this site will find both public and private areas to find out more about what is happening in our community as well as useful information from our town as well.
